These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of prostudiosimage.com, our client gallery services, and our photobooth experiences (together, the "Services"), provided by ProStudios Image ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
ProStudios Image provides professional photography, private client photo galleries, and on-site photobooth experiences for events. Availability of specific features (such as SMS photo delivery) may vary by event and package.
At select events, guests may choose to receive a copy of their photobooth photo by text message (SMS). This program is optional and requires your affirmative consent.
Private client galleries are provided for your personal use in viewing, downloading, and sharing your own photos. Access credentials are personal to you; please do not share your gallery password publicly.
Photographs delivered through our Services remain subject to the copyright and usage terms agreed to in your individual service or booking agreement with ProStudios Image. Nothing in these Terms expands or limits those agreed terms.
You agree not to misuse our Services, including attempting to access another client's gallery, submitting false contact information, or using the SMS program for any purpose other than receiving your own event photos.
Our Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProStudios Image is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including delayed or undelivered text messages, which depend in part on third-party carriers outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
